Peak Rates (November 20 - March 31): US $4,550/week
Holiday Rates (December 15 - January 8): US $4,900/week
Cleaning Fee - US $250
50% nonrefundable deposit due upon reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Pricing incentives available for reservations of two weeks or longer, subject to the availability of the estate.
Absolute maximum guests: By law - 6 persons (child counts as one person).
For vacation use only. Not available for corporate events, receptions, weddings, etc.
